通过7种常用金属材料在长白山和沈阳地区的半年大气暴露试验和1年连续监测气象参数和污染参,结合腐蚀产物的表面观察和分析,对比分析了两地区的环境特征和金属初期腐蚀特征.结果表明:沈阳地区的大气污染远远高于长白山地区的,后者接近于“零”污染;大气污染加速金属腐蚀的作用是明显的;耐候钢优于普通碳钢的耐蚀性能在大气污染越严重的地区表现的越突出.
The corrosion characteristics of several metallic materials in Changbaishan and Shenyang areas was studied by means of field atmospheric exposure test and laboratory analysis of corrosion products.The environmen-tal feature in the two areas was characterized by measuring the meteorological and pollution parameters for a period of one year.The results showed that the concentration of pollutants in Shenyang is higher than that in Changbaishan,and latter one is to pproach zero pollutant according to national stan-dards.The action of atmospheric pollutants is obvious to accelerated corrosion of The corrosion resistance of weathering steel in heavy pollution area is more obvious than that in little pollution area.
