本文以某F级重型燃气轮机压气机亚音级静叶为研究对象,对于静叶端区产生的闭式角区分离流动,采用了端弯叶片控制技术,并在此基础上开发出“端弯联合弯叶片”技术。通过对比分析角区分离起始点和吸力面回流区范围,探讨了端弯叶片和“端弯联合弯叶片”对角区分离的影响规律。

In this paper, the subsonic stator of an F-class heavy duty gas turbine compressor has been studied. The endbend blade has been used to control the stator corner separation flow. Afterwards an "endbend-bow" blade was designed. By way of comparison and analysis of the changing pattern of the corner separation start point and the reflect flow boundary on the suction surface, the controlling pat- tern of the endbend blade and endbend-bowed blade on the corner separation flow have been discussed.
