白炭黑具有高表面自由能和高分散性,可以部分取代昂贵的钛白粉而改善涂料的耐沾污性等性能,目前此类研究不多.将气相法和沉淀法白炭黑以及经硅烷偶联剂KH-560改性后的白炭黑部分替代钛白粉添加到苯丙乳胶涂料中,系统研究了其替代分数从0~ 80%变化时对涂板耐沾污性等性能的影响.结果表明:添加适量的白炭黑(无论气相法或沉淀法,改性或未改性),涂料的耐沾污性和耐洗刷性明显改善;未改性白炭黑替代钛白粉可使涂料的耐水性、耐碱性提高;改性白炭黑替代钛白粉添加到苯丙乳胶涂料中,其反射率下降率从10.6%最大下降到0.7%,耐沾污性增强,但耐水性和耐碱性无明显提高.
