利用设计合成的八羟基化合物为支化单元,通过两步法合成出了一种相变储能材料.通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、偏光显微镜(POM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)对所制备的样品进行了测试表征.POM测试结果表明,所制备的相变材料的相变类型为固-固相变,具有与聚乙二醇(PEG)类似的球晶结构;DSC测试结果表明,该相变材料的相变焓值较高,吸放热焓值均达到了100J/g以上.而且由于八羟基化合物的特殊分子结构使得所制备的高分子相变材料的调温区间从PEG的65.90℃~34.20℃调整到55.20℃~25.10℃,更趋近相变纤维及其服饰面料的最佳使用温度区间.
