采用浸渍法将NaOH碱处理后的钛片浸入硅烷溶液中进行表面改性,可制备致密硅烷膜.利用SEM、FTIR、EDS、表面接触角分析仪等研究硅烷膜的表面形貌与结构特征.结果表明:不同浓度的硅烷溶液对硅烷膜的表面形貌、表面接触角以及表面基团的组成有较大影响;将钛片浸入浓度33%的硅烷水解溶液中,所制备的硅烷膜较完整,由许多呈脑浆状的小片构成,排列紧密,含有硅醇Si-OH和Si-O-Si网络结构,其表面接触角为71.8°
