以泡沫金属为载体,研制了一种多沟道结构的二氧化钛光催化膜,用于有机毒性物质的降解净化.所得体系为多孔结构的光催化反应系统.分析在多孔载体上所得膜层的表面形貌,并考察该体系的光催化活性.研究发现,其表面结构呈两类区域:一是由纳米二氧化钛颗粒结成的平整区,该平整区是一个连续性的整体结构;另一是"镶嵌"在平整区上的"沟道",这些"沟道"是相互孤立地存在的,尺度为微米级.整个表面即为具有许多"沟道"的二氧化钛薄膜.这些沟道在多孔载体的基础上进一步增大了所得光催化膜的表面积,从而提高了多孔金属负载二氧化钛薄膜系统的光催化降解效率.
Using the porous metal as the carrier, a photocatalytic TiO_2 film with ditches was developed to disassemble the poisonous organic matters and purify the sewage, resulting in a system of photocatalytic reaction with porous structure. The surface morphology of the obtained film on the porous carrier was observed, and the photocatalytic activation was investigated for the corresponding system. The results denoted that the surface structure showed two types of regions, one is the continuous complanate domain formed by nano-grains of TiO_2, and the other is the ditch inserting in the complanate domain. These ditches are isolated one another with scale of micro-meters. The entire surface displays a TiO_2 film with many ditches, and these ditches can increase the surface area of the obtained photocatalytic film further for the porous carrier, so as to advance the photocatalytic efficiency of the TiO_2 film carried by porous metals.
