采用荧光染料Oxazine-720作掺杂剂,对聚乙 烯基咔唑(PVCz)进行掺杂,研究了掺杂溶液浓度、掺杂温度和掺杂时间对掺杂PVCz膜发光性 能的影响,旨在制备高发光效率和发光强度的PVCz膜。

Poly(9-vinylcarbazole) films were doped by Oxazine-720. Effects of the doping parameters such as time, temperature and concentration of solution for doping on luminescence properties of PVCz films wer e researched. It is found that the emission spectra of PVCz films moves to long wave and the intensities enhance with dopant Oxazine-720 concentration increase d, the effect of temperature on emission intensities of PVCz films for doping de pends on the two reverse processes, and the emission spectra of PVCz films for d oping turns on narrowing phenomena by prolonging time. By means of investigation on effects of the doping parameters on luminescence properties of PVCz films, we can prepare the PVCz films of luminescence properties of higher luminous effic iency and intensity.
