借助图像处理和识别技术,建立复合材料真实微观结构的有限元模型,进而把该微观结构有限元模型嵌入到宏观模型中,并借助子模型分析技术研究SiCp/6061 Al复合材料增强颗粒对其微观结构失效的影响.研究结果表明,和圆形颗粒相比,增强颗粒为正四边形时,SiCp/6061 A1复合材料基体容易发生失效.颗粒团簇提高SiCp/6061 A1复合材料刚度,但降低了SiCp/6061 A1复合材料失效应变.当SiCp/6061Al复合材料达到失效状态,随着增强颗粒密度增加,SiCp/6061A1复合材料失效面积增大.
