用柠檬酸络合物型溶胶-凝胶法制备了CeAl:DyIG磁光薄膜.利用DTA分析了材料的制备过程,用AFM观察了薄膜的表面形貌,以及用XRD分析了不同晶化温度的薄膜结构.测试了薄膜样品的吸收谱及法拉第谱,研究薄膜的光学及磁光性能.实验结果表明,薄膜结构随晶化温度升高而变化,900℃晶化处理后薄膜形成了无择优取向的单一石榴石相,最佳晶化温度为900℃.在470 nm法拉第角为1.9°/μm,用溶胶-凝胶法制备的薄膜在短波长有较大的法拉第磁光效应.
