针对薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产具有低温加热(<1200℃)抑制剂成分取向硅钢的开发,研究了薄板坯连铸、均热以及热连轧过程中MnS和Cu2S的析出特征,研究发现在连铸过程形成的MnS在1180℃下难以完全固溶,并形成尺寸为200~600nm的粗大MnS粒子,而Cu2S可以在此温度下完全固溶并在热连轧过程中细小弥散析出,平均粒子尺寸约为30nm,可以做为取向硅钢中的有效抑制剂。
The process of thin slab casting and technology has the characteristic of low heat temperature (>1200℃) before rolling, however the production of grain-oriented silicon steel should have higher temperature (1350℃) to dissolute MnS particles precipitating during casting. To solve this problem, this paper mainly investigate the precipitation of MnS and Cu2S during thin slab casting, slab equalization and rolling, the results showed that MnS mainly precipitated during casting and equalization at 1180℃,the particle size is approximately 200~600nm, Cu2S mainly precipitated during rolling and mean particle size is about 30nm.
