以天然瓜尔胶(GG),丙烯酸(AA)和腐植酸钠(SH)为原料,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了不同交联度的瓜尔胶接枝聚丙烯酸/腐植酸钠(GG-g-PAA/SH)高吸水性树脂.研究了交联度对树脂的表面形态、溶胀动力学、盐敏感度和反复溶胀性能的影响.扫描电镜(SEM)和溶胀性能测试结果表明,交联度的增加可以改善高吸水性树脂的均匀度,提高吸水速率,降低对盐的敏感度,以及改进树脂的反复溶胀性能.

Novel guar gum-g-poly(acrylic acid)/sodium humate(GG-g-PAA/SH) superabsorbents with various crosslinking degrees were prepared by the solution polymerization of natural guar gum(GG), acrylic acid(AA) and sodium humate(SH) using ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator and N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA) as crosslinker.The effects of crosslinking degree on the surface morphology, the swelling kinetics, the salt-sensitivity and the reswelling capabilities of superabsorbents were investigated.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and swelling test results indicate that the increase in crosslinking degree of GG-g-PAA/SH may improve the dispersion and uniformity of SH in polymeric matrix, increase the swelling rate, reduce the salt-sensitivity, and enhance the reswelling capabilities of the resultant superabsorbents.
