论文设计搭建了静态闪蒸实验台,对NaC1溶液静态闪蒸平衡时刻闪蒸腔剩余液膜浓度变化进行了实验研究.实验中,液膜初始浓度为0~0.26,液膜初始厚度为0.1~0.4 m,过热度为2~43℃.结果表明:剩余液膜浓度的变化是蒸发和蒸汽携带二者共同作用的结果;剩余液膜浓度随过热度的增大而增加,当过热度相同时,随液膜初始浓度和液膜初始厚度的增加而提高.浓缩比随过热度的增加而提高,随液膜初始浓度的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势.
