通过灰碱法化学滴定、红外光谱和核磁分析等手段,研究了均相、普通相捏合法和淤浆法三种方法制备的羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的取代度以及羧甲基取代基在葡萄糖基(AGU)的C2,C3,C6位上的分布情况.结果表明,与其它两种方法相比,淤浆法得到的CMC的取代基分布更具均匀性,而且C2>C6>C3;而捏合法和均相法得到的CMC上取代基分布为C6>C2>C3.
In order to study the degree of substitution(DS)and distribution of the carboxymethyl groups at C2,C3, C6 within anhydroglucose unit(AGU)of the products produced by homogeneous, ordinary procedures, and dough slurry, they were analyzed using chemical titration, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and other methods. The results indicate that the distribution of groups of the carboxymethylcellulose produced by dough slurry, being more homogenous than the other two methods,furthermore, the distribution of groups within anhydroglucose unit(AGU)shows an order at the level of C2>C6>C3, however, which are C6>C2>C3 for other two samples produced by ordinary procedures and homogeneous methods.
