应用Gleeble3800热模拟试验机测试了Q345E钢连铸坯的高温力学性能,通过观察试样断口形貌分析变形断裂机理。试验结果表明:在600℃~1300℃范围内Q345E钢的脆性温度区间为750℃~900℃,塑性温度区间为950℃~1300℃,为指导Q345E钢的连铸生产提供理论依据。
High temperature Mechanical properties of Q345E steel billet were tested on gleeble 3800 and deformed fracture mechanism was analysed by observing fracture morphology of the samples . The test results indicate that the brittle temperature zone of Q345E steel billet is 750℃~900℃ in the region of 600℃ to 1300℃,and the plastic temperature zone is 950℃~1300℃.The results will provide theory data for the production of Q345E steel billet.
