设计了用于湿法炼锌介质环境的新型耐腐蚀磨损合金的化学成分和热处理工艺,通过金相显微镜、电子探针、扫描电镜、腐蚀磨损试验等方法,分析了新型合金的显微组织、磨损形貌,研究了它与对比钢CD4MCu、常用叶轮材料YL的腐蚀磨损性能。试验结果表明,具有较高硬度的σ相在模拟湿法炼锌的介质环境中对基体起到了很好的钉扎作用,阻碍了固相粒子的冲刷,减少了材料的腐蚀磨损失重。与CD4MCu、YL相比,所开发的σ相增强型新型合金具有良好的耐腐蚀磨损性能。

A new corrosionwear resistant alloy for pumps used in hydrometallurgy of zinc and it’s heat treatment were studied.Microscope, Xrag diffraction, SEM and corrosionwear tests were used to investigate the microstructure and corrosionwear resistance and compare with that of CD4MCu and YL for impellers. The results showed that the σ phase of high hardness being pricked in matrix,could effectively prevent the matrix from erosion by solid particle and reduce the corrosionwear lost in hydrometallurgical process of zincy production.The new alloy strengthened by σ phase is the best in corrosionwear resistance among them.
