采用电弧熔炼及水冷铜模快速冷却的方法,制备Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22 5块体非晶合金,通过电化学方法对块体非晶合金材料充入氢.利用差热扫描量热分析、Kissinger方程及高分辨电镜,研究了氢对块体非晶合金退火时晶化过程的影响.结果表明:氢提高玻璃转变和晶化激活能,延迟晶核的形成及长大.此外,充氢有利于形成单独晶核的晶粒,使纳米晶粒更细小、分布均匀.
