采用粉末冶金工艺制备了WCp/B4Cp/6063Al复合材料,通过SEM和XRD对复合材料的显微组织进行了表征,研究了预形变热处理工艺对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,当形变量超过某临界值时,复合材料经过预形变热处理可以实现很好的强化效果;本实验中当挤压比达到或超过15∶1,热处理温度为520℃时,复合材料经过预变形热处理获得了最佳的力学性能。断口表面形貌分析表明,预形变热处理后基体合金的强化是复合材料整体力学性能提高的根源。

WCp/B4Cp/6063Al composite was produced by powder metallurgy method.Microstructure of the composite was characterized by SEM and XRD.The effect of pre-thermomechanical treatment(PTMT) on mechanical property of the composite was investigated.The results show that the composite can be strengthened by PTMT with proper deformation.The composite possesses good mechanical properties after PTMT at the extrusion ratio above 15∶1 and T4 temper at solution temperature of 520 ℃.The observation of fracture surface shows that the matrix alloy is strengthened by PTMT,which leads to the improvement of mechanical property of the composite.
