以含双聚硅氧烷支链的二醇(DDPS)为功能单体,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG-2000)为软段,4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)为硬段,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水单体,采用预聚体法合成了含聚硅氧烷侧链的聚氨酯分散体(SPUD).考察了聚硅氧烷侧链长短对SPUD乳液性能及其胶膜性能的影响.红外分析、TEM证实该方法合成了稳定的聚硅氧烷改性的聚氨酯分散体;XPS分析证实在成膜过程中,聚硅氧烷侧链向表面伸展,使得表面硅含量远高于理论值;SEM证实SPUD胶膜表面和断面呈现多相结构,可见聚氨酯和聚硅氧烷的相分离.随着聚硅氧烷侧链长度的增加,SPUD胶膜吸水率和吸醇率下降,接触角增大.
