分形图像的原始图像一般为灰度图像,针对灰度图像的特点,采用像素点覆盖法,研究了应力腐蚀断口形貌的分形特征。结果表明:像素点覆盖法所采用的测量尺度是构成图像的最小尺寸——像素点的尺寸。因此,用此方法计算得到的维数可较准确地描述断口的分形行为;对该方法进行改进,针对特征部位取边界,可使所计算的分形维数更有针对性;分形维数与应力腐蚀断口形貌有一定的关系,断口分形维数与断口粗糙度和复杂度呈正相关关系。
Original fractal images are commonly gray images. The pixelcovering method is used to research the fractal character of stress corrosion fracture so as to fit the property of gray images. The results show that the scale of pixelcovering method is pixel that is the least dimension to form images. So that it could exactly describe the fractal behavior of fracture. The improvement of this method and obtaining the border line′s fractal dimension could make the fractal dimension have pertinence. Fractal dimension is related with fracture morphology and directly proportional to fracture roughness and complexity.
