试验分别从实际情况出发严格控制试验温度和通过试验标准试验了同种钢不同温度下的冷热疲劳性能。分析两次试验结果发现,裂纹都在缺口处萌生。按照试验标准试验所得的疲劳裂纹较大。控温温度越接近试验温度,两者试验数据越接近。
Hotcold fatigue performances of the same kind of steel at different temperatures in different ways were studied. One way is via controlling the test temperature strictly, and another is through test standard. The results showed that all the cracks were initiated from the notch. The fatigue crack based on the experimental is larger. When the controlled temperature is closer to the room temperature, the two sets of test data are closer as well.
