采用工业生态学的AT&T矩阵系统评价方法,对硼铁矿湿法分离过程的资源环境影响状况进行研究并与火法分离过程进行对比。对AT&T矩阵系统评价方法进行了改进,即指明了环境累积因子r及r’的存在,结合硼铁矿分离过程,提出过程综合指数N,进行了AT&T矩阵评价。研究结果表明:湿法与火法对于积极构建基于硼铁矿分离过程FLCA的工业生态园都是减缓资源消耗、降低环境压力的有力措施。针对目前硼铁矿属于“呆矿”范畴以及涉铀问题,认为后者更具优势。但也同时指出工业生态园建设进程中更应注意湿法与火法为技术主体地位的相异及适时推进性。
Resources and environmental impact of the situation to separation process of paigeite ore (fire separation and wet separation)have been studied with AT&T Matrix System Evaluation Method,comparing with characteristics of separation process of paigeite ore (fire separation and wet separation). The AT&T Matrix System Evaluation Methods have been improved and perfected, and existing of the cumulative factors r and r’ have been namely pointed out.With separation process of paigeite ore, the process by N composite index to evaluate the AT&T matrix were introduced.The results show that:Constructing active separation process of paigeite ore (fire separation and wet separation) FLCA ecological industrial park is one of the effective measures to slow consumption of resources and reduce pressure on the environment, paigeite ore as “stay mine” areas,but the former is more advantages.Also it points out that the ecoindustrial park in the process of building we should pay more attention to the difference and timely advance of the fire separation and wet separation as the main technical process.
