在TiAl基金属间化合物中添加TiB2粉和碳粉原位生成TiB和TiC,研究其对TriAl基金属间化合物显微组织及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:TiB和TiC两相同时存在时TiAl组织的细化程度比只有TiB单相存在时的高;TiC使TiAl金属间化舍物中8相从沿层片晶团晶界分布的粗大的树枝晶转变成分散于层片晶团内部的块状或条状;退火过程中形成的块状7相提高了TiAl基金属间化合物的塑性,而且保持了高温强度。

TiB and carbon powders were added in the TiA1 based intermetallic compound to produce TiB and TiC at original place. The effects of addition of TiB and TiC on the microstructure and tensile properties of TiA1 based intermetallie compound were also investigated. The results show that TiM based intermetallic compound with TiC and TiB phases appearing in the microstructure exhibited finer microstructure than TiA1 based intermetallic compound with only TiB phase existing. The TiC phase could change the morphology of phase in TiA1 from coarse dentrite to dispersed ribbon and block shape. Blocky phase forming in annealing improved ductility, and keep the strength at high temperature.
