采用差示扫描量热仪研究了增容剂和稀土β成核剂对聚丙烯/硫酸钙晶须复合材料非等温结晶动力学及熔融行为的影响。动力学分析表明,莫志深方法能很好地描述聚丙烯非等温结晶动力学,达到相同的结晶度,复合材料所需要的冷却速率要小于纯基体。结晶形态和熔融行为均依赖于复合材料的组成和降温冷却速率。硫酸钙晶须具有一定的β成核作用,聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)的加入不利于β晶型的生成。

Nonisothermal crystallization kinetics and subsequent melting behavior of isotactic polypropylene/calcium sulfate whisker composites were studied by different scanning calorimetry(DSC).It is found that the Mo model successfully describes the kinetics data of nonisothermal crystallization.To achieve the identical degree of crystallinity,the composites need a lower cooling rate than pure PP.The results show that the crystalline structure and melting behavior of the composites depend on their component and cooling rate.It is observed that calcium sulfate whisker induces the formation of β-iPP,but compatibilizer PP-g-MAH suppresses the formation of β-iPP.Lower cooling rate is favorable for the formation of β-crystals.
