考察PBA/PMMA乳胶在Al2(SO4)3存在下的凝聚过程发现:乳液表面张力发生从低到高的突变,粘度呈现最高极值点变化,电导率呈最低极值变化,pH值渐减;不同阶段的乳液,乳胶粒的凝并体积分数和乳胶粒径分布不同;≥50%原胶粒子凝并时表面张力突增,全部凝并时粘度最大;凝聚是胶粒逐步凝并的过程,乳胶结构对凝聚和凝结干样形态有影响.适度升温有利于乳胶粒的凝聚.
