介绍了三维编织碳纤维增强尼龙(简称C3D/PA)复合材料的发展历史,并归纳了C3D/PA复合材料几种合成工艺的利弊所在.其中:采用三维整体编织技术能够制备形状复杂的C3D/PA复合材料,但成本较高;静态浇铸法操作方便、工艺简单但不易制备大型件或形状复杂件;反应注射成型技术,由于有真空、压力的辅助,使得大型件及形状复杂的中空制件的制备成为可能,且性能优良,是制备C3D/PA复合材料较为合适的方法.并进一步提出了改进C3D/PA复合材料性能的几种可能途径.
