Production practice of tapping times optimization in No.7 BF of Han Steel

为了稳定邯钢7号高炉炉缸工作状态,改善高炉生产指标,降低出铁成本,通过采取活跃炉缸、强化出铁管理、改善炮泥质量、提高开口机能力等措施,使日出铁次数由(15士1)次降低至(12±1)次,取得了较好的效果.

In order to stabilize the hearth working status of No.7 blast furnace in Han Steel and improve production indexes,a series of measures to reduce tapping times and tapping cost were taken,such as activating hearth,strengthening tapping management,improving gun clay quality,increasing drilling machine capacity,etc.As a result,tapping times were reduced from (15 ± 1)times to (12 ± 1) times,which has resulted in good operating effect.
