采用丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺单体共聚法制备高吸水树脂(SAP)是提高吸水树脂性能的有效途径之一.选取两种聚丙烯酸钾-丙烯酰胺共聚型高吸水树脂,系统研究了四种金属离子对其交替吸水吸盐特征的影响.结果表明,金属离子对SAP有较强的抑制作用,四种金属阳离子对两种SAP吸水倍率及最大吸水能力的影响顺序为去离子水

It is the effective approach to enhance the characteristics of superabsorbent polymers (SAP) by copolymerization with polyacrylate and polyacrylamide monomer. In this paper, two potassium-polyacrylate-polyacrylamide SAPs were chose, and the effect of four metal ions on its characteristics under alternated water-absorbing and salinity-absorbing was studied. The results show that: the metal ions have strong restrain function to the SAPs, and the effect order of two SAPs on the water-absorbing ratio and max capability is deionized water< K~+ < Na~+ < Ca~(2+) < Fe~(3+). The effect of K~+ and Na~+ on the characteristics of salinity-absorbing can be comeback, but the Ca~(2+) and Fe~(3+) cannot. The micro-morphology of potassium-polyacrylate-polyacrylamide SAP hydrogel isn't the classical 3-dimensional network structure, but all membranes in 3-dimensional gridding membrane structure. The four cations have different influences on the micro-morphology of hydrogel.
