采用毛细管流变仪和熔体拉伸流变仪对EPB08 F和市售两个同类产品FL7632和C5608的流变特性进行比较研究。结果表明,由于分子链破坏程度不同, EPB08 F与市售两个产品流变性能略有差异,三者均具有良好的流变性能。在一定的温度范围内,粘度随着温度升高而降低,流动性能增加,继续增加温度,效果不明显。随着拉伸应变速率增加, EPB08 F及市售同类产品拉伸粘度先上升后下降。相对分子量FL7632>EPB08 F>C5608,分子量分布FL7632>EPB08 F>C5608。
The rheological behavior between EPB08 F and the commercial products was analyzed with capillary rheometer and elongation rheometer. The results indicated that there are some differences in the rheological proper-ties of EPB08F and the commercial products,and they are all provided with excellent rheological properties. Within the scope range of temperature, the viscosity decreased with the increasing of temperature, and the rheological properties of the sample was increased. Then the effect of temperature was no evident. Elongation viscosity of EPB08 F and the commercial products first increased and then decreased with the increasing of elongation strain rate. The molecular weight in order is FL7632>EPB08F>C5608,the molecular weight distribution width in or-der is FL7632>EPB08 F>C5608.
