本文通过透射电镜、扫描电镜、电子探针和X射线衍射分析,证明了钢在滑动摩擦过程中,摩擦表面所产生的“白层”是一种特殊的马氏体和少量的奥氏体混合组织,其厚度可达25-50μm。其主要特征为晶粒超细,直径只有30nm左右。显微硬度高达1500,可以刻划玻璃。抗腐蚀性强,抗回火,回火温度在500℃时才有明显的金相组织和硬度的变化。
It has been found by TEM, SEM, EPMA and X-ray diffraction thatthe microstructure of the "white layer" formed on the surface of 55SiMo steelafter friction test by sliding consists of predominately friction martensite and someaustenite. The friction martensite exhibits peculiar features differen from that ob-tained by quenching or quenching and tempering. It is nanocrystalline (~30nm) withmicrohardness (Hm489) up to 1500. It shows good corrosion resistance and hightempering stability, capable of cutting glass, without appreciably altering its micro-structure and hardness below 500℃.
