乳酸-乙醇酸共聚物[ poly( lactide-co-glycolide),PLGA]是一种前景良好的可降解合成高分子材料,作为缓释给药系统的基体材料被广泛研究.这主要基于其优异的生物相容性、可调控的生物降解性,以及已被欧美药监局批准等优点.微球缓释给药可延长药物的半衰期,增加临床治疗效果,在医药行业和生物材料领域备受推崇.药物的稳定性和释放动力学特征是微球研究中的两个关键问题,也主导着临床治疗的效果.围绕最近两年关于PLGA微球所载药物的稳定性及释放动力学的研究报道,结合本课题组在PLGA微球加载骨生长因子(人重组骨形态发生蛋白rhBMP-2及其相关多肽)方面的工作作一个综述.同时,总结了现有国内外主要的PLGA微球产品,展望了微球载药体系的前景.
