以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG210)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,采用甲乙酮肟(MEKO)封闭端异氰酸酯预聚体制备了封闭型水性聚氨酯胶束.粒度激光光度分析、扫描电镜表明,胶束成近球形状且粒径大小较为均一.红外光谱和差示扫描量热分析表明,MEKO能成功封闭端异氰酸酯,封闭胶束在加热条件下解封闭释放异氰酸基与含活泼氢物质发生交联固化反应,且最高解封闭温度在105~120℃.研究反应条件对胶束粒径及其分布和稳定性影响表明,R值、DMPA含量对粒径影响显著,但粒径大小在20~2000rnm可控;当R小于2.3,DMPA含量大于6%,中和度为100%时,胶束可在水溶液中稳定分散6个月以上.
