基于数字图像处理与分析技术,提出一种可取代目测这种定性评价泡沫铝中泡体均匀性的定量表征方法.泡沫铝中泡体均匀性的定量表征主要包括如下3个步骤:首先通过表面修饰使泡沫铝截面上的孔洞同孔筋之间产生适当的反差,同时获取泡沫铝样品截面照片;然后用图像处理软件Photoshop将截面照片转化成灰度图,并用大型科学计算软件Matlab、选取适当的阀值将所获得的灰度图二值化,得到黑白化图像;最后利用图像分析软件进行相关参数的计算.结果表明:该泡沫铝中泡体均匀性的定量表征结果与感观分析基本一致;另外,该方法还可以用来计算泡沫铝的面孔隙率,用该方法计算的泡沫铝面孔隙率与测试出的体孔隙率之间的误差约为4%.
