通过Nb2O5·nH2O凝胶和不同的钾源(KNO3或者K2CO3)在简单直接反应下可制得具有不同晶相组成和结晶形貌的铌酸钾(KNbO3,以下简写为KN)陶瓷粉体.当采用KNO3时,产物为长度10~20 μm、宽度2~4 μm的正交晶相KNbO3(O-KN)微米片;在其它条件相同的情况下,如以K2CO3替代KNO3作为钾源,只能得到团聚的、微观形貌不规则的菱方晶相KNbO3(R-KN)陶瓷粉体.XRD和SEM分析表征发现,在反应过程中出现的层状中间产物K4Nb6O17直接导致了不常见的O-KN微米片结晶;模板化的结晶过程可以在无任何有机添加剂的条件下实现.
