研究了纯钼注射成形脱脂和烧结工艺,讨论了热脱脂、溶剂脱脂+热脱脂和烧结工艺对粘结剂脱除率,C、O含量,烧结显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:以正庚烷作为溶剂,在40~50℃下,脱脂2 h后,能脱除60%以上的粘结剂;直接热脱脂样品的C含量高于溶剂+热脱脂,经H2气氛烧结后,两者的C、O含量下降较快,分别小于0.06%和0.0042%;烧结坯的密度随着温度的升高而增加,但当温度高于1850℃时,密度反而下降;材料经1850℃,烧结2 h,其密度和力学性能达到最佳,密度为9.70 g/cm3,抗拉强度为229 MPa,硬度HV10为1930 MPa.
