以聚丙烯酸酯乳液作为第一网络体系,以改性聚乙烯醇为第二网络体系,制备互穿结构涂料印花粘合剂.分析了互穿结构聚合物的合成机理、微观形态、力学性能,通过讨论2种网络结构的配比、粘合剂用量,优化了粘合剂的合成工艺.将互穿结构粘合剂应用于棉织物涂料印花,产品表现出优良的手感和色牢度.
