开发了一种适用于锌及锌合金三价铬黑色钝化的后漫处理工艺--Tridur Finish 300.通过扫描电镜、能谱分析,X射线光电子能谱和聚焦离子束横切面SEM分析,研究了锌-镍合金黑色钝化及其后浸处理层的表面形貌、组成、厚度以及后浸剂的最佳用量.结果表明,后浸处理填补了钝化膜上的微裂纹,其最佳用量为200 mL/L,后浸处理层的厚度约0.2 μm;在0.18μm处为后浸处理层向钝化层的转移.中性盐雾试验表明,锌和锌-铁、锌-镍合金出现白锈的时间分别为72 h、240 h和300 h.新开发的后浸处理工艺使锌及其合金黑色钝化后的性能与六价铬钝化相近,符合汽车工业的耐蚀性要求.
