以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)与丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)、苯乙烯(ST)进行溶液聚合,采用逐步滴加法合成了氟硅丙烯酸预聚体(FB-VI),再用正硅酸乙酯对其杂化得到纳米SiO2杂化氟硅丙烯酸树脂(FB-VI-NA).用红外光谱仪对产物FB-VI-NA的化学结构进行了表征;并以FB-VI-NA为基料制备涂层,测试了其疏水性、硬度等性能.结果表明:正硅酸乙酯质量分数为6%,溶液pH=4,固化温度为130 ℃时,涂层的外观、耐冲击性、附着力、疏水性较好;与传统改性丙酸树脂相比,涂膜的硬度明显提高.
