本文根据稳态扩散和多元固溶体亚点阵理论探讨了碳化物覆层扩散处理动力学。根据简化模型,碳化物的生长速度是由碳原子在碳化物中的体积扩散系数和钢基体中的碳活度两个因素控制的。利用本文所提出的动力学方程式,对T10,45,Cr12 MoV及4Cr5MoVSi等钢在给定温度下做碳化钒覆层扩散处理时,碳化物层厚度的计算结果与实验结果基本符合。

A kinetic model for carbide diffusion coating has been proposed basedon the theory of steady diffusion and solid solution sublattice model. It is supposedthat the growth velosity of carbide layer is controlled by the volume diffusion coef-ficient of carbon atoms in carbide layer and the activity of carbon in steel matrix.The calculated results for V_4C_3 coating treatment of commercial steels T10, 45, Cr12MoV, 4Cr5MoVSi are in agreement with the experimental data
