合成了全氟丙烯酸酯类聚合物,添加到涂料中制成低表面能涂层;将低表面能涂层暴露在室外或紫外灯下,发现全氟丙烯酸酯类低表面能材料疏水性能会迅速失效,利用红外光谱仪和X射线光电子能谱研究低表面能涂层的失效规律,涂层表面的羟基或双键等活性基团氧化可能是失效的主要原因。

The low surface energy coating is prepared by adding synthesis of perfluorinated acrylic polymer into paint. The low surface energy coating is exposed in outdoor or ultraviolet lamp. The results show that the hydrophobic properties of perfluorinated acrylic acid esters of low surface energy materials become invalid rapidly. Infrared spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to study the failure law of tow surface energy coating. The main reason of the failure is the oxidation of oxhydryl and other active group in the surface.
