Microstructure and Properties of ZrB2-SiC-AlN Composites

选用AIN作烧结助剂,采用热压烧结技术制备了ZrB2+20%SiC+η%AIN陶瓷基复合材料.利用SEM等手段对其组织进行了分析,并对其力学性能和高温烧蚀性能进行了分析测试.
