采用MgO坩埚高频真空/加压感应炉在氮气压力04~10 MPa、温度1 570~1 640 ℃下,对加压感应熔炼FeCrV系高氮不锈钢进行了实验研究。结果表明,在30CaO45Al2O325SiO2渣覆盖的情况下,氮在Fe15Cr10V、Fe18Cr10V、Fe18Cr15V和Fe20Cr20V液态合金中的溶解度分别为0595%、0736%、0776%和1020%,溶解度与氮分压的关系基本符合Sievert定律。渣对钢液吸氮和铝脱氧都起重要的作用,1 873 K、10 MPa氮气氛中,在30CaO45Al2O325SiO2、40CaO40Al2O320SiO2、40CaO50Al2O310SiO2三种不同渣系作用下氮在液态Fe18Cr15V中的浓度分别是0776%、0849%和0884%。
FeCrV high nitrogen alloys melted in MgO crucibles using high frequency vacuum/pressurized induction furnace in 04-10 MPa nitrogen atmosphere at 1 570-1 640 ℃ have been investigated. The results showed that the solubilities of nitrogen in Fe15Cr10V, Fe18Cr10V, Fe18Cr15V and Fe20Cr20V liquid alloys with 30CaO45Al2O325SiO2 as top slag were 0595%, 0736%, 0776% and 1020% respectively. Nitrogen dissolution in these liquid stainless steels follows the Sievert′s Law. The slag composition has important effects on nitrogen dissolution and the aluminum deoxidation in liquid stainless steels. At 1 873 K, in the 10 MPa nitrogen atmosphere, the concentrations of nitrogen in liquid Fe18Cr15V alloy with the top slag of 30CaO45Al2O325SiO2, 40CaO40Al2O320SiO2 and 40CaO50Al2O310SiO2 were 0776%, 0849% and 0884% respectively.
