利用有限元模拟和实验验证研究了拉伸载荷下C/SiC铆接接头的应力分布及几何参数与破坏方式的固有关系.结果表明:接头的锥度变化对接头中的应力分布影响不大,但对应力值的影响较为明显,锥度控制在2°~10°比较合适.模拟计算的铆钉临界半径为2.2016 mm,小于2.2016 mm时,铆钉被拉断,反之,铆钉被拔出.实验得到的临界半径为2.25 mm,与计算结果的误差为2.2%,说明提出的铆接接头几何结构参数与接头破坏形式关系的模型是正确的.
