研究了在低温回火温度范围内,不同回火温度对新型高强韧微变形钢(GDL1)断裂性能的影响,分析了7种不同热处理状态的断裂性能。结果表明,空冷状态的断裂韧度、冲击韧度要高于油淬状态,空冷后的残余奥氏体量高于油淬后的残留奥氏体量,此外低温回火改善钢的韧性,并使残余奥氏体的稳定性提高,从而使该钢在空冷250~300 ℃回火后具有良好的断裂韧性。

The fracture toughness of new tiny deformation steel(GDL1) are studied at seven different heat treatment temperatures.The results show that in aircooled state the fracture toughness, impact toughness is higher than that in oil quenching state, The amount of residual austenite after air cooling is greater than the one after oil cooling.The toughness of steel and the stability of residual austenite are improved, by means of tempering at 250~300 ℃ followed by aricooling,resulting in good fracture toughness.
