根据轧制界面非线性粘滑摩擦特性,建立了轧辊水平方向摩擦颤振模型、接轴不平衡力引起的工作辊水平方向“跳振”模型。数值仿真表明,当外扰力幅较小时系统呈现概周期运动,外扰力幅较大时系统呈混沌状态;当机座有间隙时轧辊水平振动波形有削顶现象,系统动力学变差;当采取消除间隙、消除接轴不平衡力措施后,系统的动力学性能得到改善。实测表明,当采取相应措施后振动强度减弱。
The horizontal roller friction flutter model was established according to the nonlinear stick-slip friction characteristic of rolling interface. Then the work roll "jump vibration" model of horizontal direction was also established with unbalanced force caused by spindle. It shows that by numerical simulation when external disturbance forces is small the system is a periodic motion, external disturbance force is large the system appear chaotic state. when there has clearance between the roll machine seat and the frame, the vibration wave top was cut, and the system dynamics became worse. When the clearance and the spindle imbalance force were eliminated, the system dynamic better. The field measurement also shows that the vibration became weakened when implementing corresponding measures.
