在Gleebe-1500热力模拟机上,采用单道次热压缩实验,研究了不同变形速率和不同变形温度下弹簧钢50CrV4的动态再结晶行为.结果表明:钢种在较高温度和较低应变速率下,动态再结晶更容易发生.采用回归法计算出动态再结晶的变形激活能和应变指数分别为378.612 kJ/mol和4.92,由此建立动态再结晶峰值应变、稳态应变和临界应变模型.
