根据无缝钢管张减过程的变形特点,利用MSC.Marc软件建立了三维热力耦合有限元分析模型,对18机架张力减径试轧产品进行数值模拟,模拟结果与实测数值的对比表明建立的分析模型实用可靠,精度较高。通过研究各机架出口断面不同点的壁厚变化,得出减径后钢管横向壁厚分布不均,探讨了内六方缺陷产生的原因。该模型的建立为分析产品缺陷、指导工艺设计提供了依据。
Based on the deformation characteristics of seamless tube during stretch reduction,a 3D thermomechanical coupled finite element model was established to simulate the deformation process of tube on 18stand stretch reducing mill. The comparison of finite element analysis results with measured ones indicated that the simulation model is practical and reliable. It was found that the transverse wall thickness distribution is nonuniform and that is the cause of hexagonal bore formation. The model can be used to analyse product flaws and instruct technological design.
