研究了So1-Gel法制备的Mn掺杂BaTi4O9微波介质陶瓷的远红外光谱.随着掺杂量的增大,弱反射峰从364cm-1位移到381cm-1,296cm-1处的反射峰有加强的趋势.由远红外反射谱的Kramers-Kronig变换得到了BaTi4O9复介电常数实部与虚部的色散曲线.随着掺杂量的增大,Ti4+含量的逐步增大,直接导致Ti-O-Ti在剪切振动250cm-1~300cm-1区间内的1个肩峰增强,该区间内的反常色散有所减弱;500cm-1附近的Ti-O八面体内Ti-O-Ti的伸缩振动模明显增强.
