应用体视显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪对近期集中爆发的冷轧电镀锡板表面白色条状缺陷的宏、微观形貌特征和缺陷成分进行分析研究,并经现场调查及模拟试验,分析认为酸洗前热轧板表面被点状有机物保护，酸洗时无法去除该区域的氧化铁皮，经冷轧轧制后形成此缺陷。

Recently, a mass of white band-like surface defects appeared in cold-rolling tinplate were studied by stereoscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and qualitatively analysis of dispersive spectrum (EDS). Combined with spot investigation and simulation testing, the reason was discussed that hot rolling strip surface was protected by dot-like organic substance, which caused the iron oxided scale hardly removed through pickling processes, finally defined the types of the defects in tinplate surface after cold rolling processes.
