为了提高对二氧化钛纳米改性环氧防腐涂料的了解,进一步优化二氧化钛纳米聚合物在环氧涂膜中的耐蚀性,通过添加不同量的二氧化钛纳米聚合物和钛合金纳米聚合物分别制备了2种改性环氧防腐涂料,进行常规性能检测、耐盐雾、耐湿热老化、耐海水浸泡、耐化学品等测试,结果表明:二氧化钛纳米与钛合金纳米改性环氧防腐涂料具有相近的防腐性能,耐盐雾测试结果表明该涂料甚至可以改进划痕处钛合金纳米聚合物电极电位高造成大阴极小阳极的腐蚀起泡问题,可以更有效地提高涂膜的耐蚀性.
In order to increase the understanding of nanometer titanium dioxide modified anticorrosive coatings and to further optimize the anticorrosion of nanometer titanium dioxide polymer for epoxy coatings,two kinds of nanometer titanium dioxide modified anticorrosive coatings were prepared by adding different amount of nanometer titanium dioxide polymer and nanometer titanium alloy polymer respectively.The properties of the prepared coatings were tested and compared by conventional tests such as salt-fog corrosion,damp and heat aging,seawater immersion resistance and chemical resistance.The results showed that the two kinds of modified anticorrosive coatings had the similar anticorrosive performance,furthermore,the result of salt-fog resistance revealed that the blister caused by corrosion could be solved,wherein the scratched surface of nanometer titanium alloy modified coating had a high electrode potential that resulted in the phenomenon of small cathode and large anode,indicating that an improved anticorrosive performance of epoxy coatings could be obtained.
