为了制备性能优良的Al基Pb—WC—CeO:惰性阳极材料,考察了WC、CeO:颗粒浓度对阴极极化的影响,正向脉冲参数、温度和搅拌对沉积速率以及复合镀层表面形貌的影响,并研究了其在锌电解液中的耐蚀性能,确定了脉冲电沉积制备Al基Pb-WC-C02复合镀层的最佳工艺条件:基础镀铅液中添加40g/LWC(粒径1斗m),30g/LCe02(粒径20~30nm),0.5一1.0g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB-CDS),正向占空比30%,正向脉冲工作时间400ms,正向脉冲平均电流密度0.8A/dm。,温度40℃,搅拌速度300r/min。结果表明:所获镀层在锌电解液中较纯铅和Pb.WC镀层有较好的耐蚀性;脉冲镀层比直流镀层表面颗粒排列更平整、有序、致密,粒度较大,基质金属对颗粒的包覆程度更好,有更好的耐蚀性。
